Ok, I have a lot to learn here not being exactly a die-hard “techie” or someone who even enjoys social media. But I agreed to set up this blog understanding how important it is to have a place to connect with my readers. My story is certainly not unique so I am looking forward to hearing from other women (and men) who’ve had similar experiences. How did you turn your marriage and family around? Or are you still struggling and need some support?
Either way, I hope you’ll share your insights and visit often. In exchange, I promise to do my best to offer suggestions that have worked well for me and/or others, and direct you to some valuable resources on the web. Please understand: I am NOT a licensed counselor. I’m just an ordinary woman who applied the principles of some very wise authors and teachers when faced with very challenging life circumstances.
Right now, the book is still in production but we’re definitely on track to meet our November 9 release deadline. My graphic designer just sent me several excellent options so it looks like I’ll have some tough decisions to make in the next few days. Once that’s done I can get my social media networks set up and begin the fun process of online marketing.
Readers, please stay tuned for updates as we get closer to publication!
UPDATE: Better late than never, I guess! The book will be available for purchase on Friday, November 22. The creative process can be kind of tricky but I am glad we waited until the cover design met my vision. Many thanks to Carrie Lundy for her patience and persistence!
